The Q1961-TE Thermal Camera with 7mm Lens from Axis Communications is a thermometric camera that allows you to remotely monitor temperatures from -40 to 660 F. When you set a threshold, the camera will send you a notification if the temperature passes that threshold, or if there is a drastic change in temperature in a short amount of time. The Q1961-TE supports up to 10 configurable polygonal detection areas, and spot temperature reading lets you easily check the temperature of a particular area. Temperature statistics are provided through metadata.Detect Early Signs of Fire The Q1961-TE comes with early fire detection preinstalled, making it possible to set triggers and receive warnings about early signs of fire or potential overheating. With smart filtering, it can disregard uninteresting hot objects such as the warm exhausts of passing vehicles, so you'll receive fewer false notifications.Security Features The camera's built-in cybersecurity features help prevent unauthorized access and safeguard your system. Axis Edge Vault protects your Axis device ID and simplifies authorization of Axis products on your network. It also includes a Trusted Platform Module (TPM) that is FIPS 140-2 level 2 certified.Durable Design Ideal for installation in harsh environments, this robust temperature-measuring camera is highly resistant to corrosion. Electronic image stabilization (EIS) provides smooth video even in scenes with vibrations. Thanks to edge-to-edge technology, it's also possible to connect a network speaker to enable audio alarms.
