Based on the Mu-Tron III, the world's first envelope-controlled filter, the Behringer B-Tron III is a guitar FX pedal that provides players with the signature wah sound that defined '70s funk. With an all-analog optical circuit and plenty of control options, this pedal delivers vintage-style quack for guitars, basses, and keyboards with equal efficacy.The Up and Down switch modes allow you to achieve a wah or wow sound respectively. Three switchable filter modes are provided: low-, high-, and bandpass modes. The Range switch lets you choose between vowel-like sounds or sounds with an emphasis on overtones. Two rotary knobs provide control over Gain (up to 40 dB) and Peak (Q), which controls the filter shape. A separate power switch is available along with the footswitchable true bypass, which maintains your pure, uncolored tone. The robust metal housing and vintage styling will turn heads and keep your analog pedal safe during rigorous tours.
