Building a sequence or sculpt a soundscape with organic feel with the Behringer HALOS, an expressive resonator based on Mutable Instruments RINGS that breathes life into your modular system by turning simple inputs into evolving, acoustic-like textures. By modelling how real materials like string and plate resonate, HALOS adds rich natural character to any sound. HALOS ships with a ribbon power cable and screws.Benefits Powerful resonator designed to be excited by your favorite source envelopes, triggers, noise, and moreInspired by Mutable Instruments RingsFeatures three families of vibrating structures with full CV control over key parametersAccurately models strings, membranes, and tubes using advanced resonator (modal synthesis) algorithmsIncludes three resonator modes: Modal Resonator, Sympathetic Strings, and Nonlinear/Dispersion StringsDelivers pseudo-polyphony of up to four notes, adding depth and complexity to your patchesOffers high-resolution CV control up to 16-bit accuracy for ultraprecise modulationOrganic Polyphony, Naturally Expressive HALOS features an intelligent polyphonic engine that supports up to four simultaneous voices. Notes overlap and decay naturally, like strumming strings or striking tuned percussion. The result? Melodic sequence and lush pads that shimmer with realism and depth.Shape Your Sound Dial in the exact tone you want with intuitive controls: set pitch with Frequency, morph material properties with Structure, and fine-tune decay with Damping. Position and Brightness add expressive nuance, and full CV control means HALOS is as dynamic as your patch demands.Eurorack Ready HALOS is designed to fit in a Eurorack case. Just connect the power cables to the power supply and mount the module using the included screws. Mix HALOS with other modules in your setup and start creating unique sounds that add a unique character to your music.Size: 14 HPPower Consumption: +12V, 120mA; -12V, 5mA
