Use the Slice 10400 Manual Box Cutter on the job and at home to cut paper, plastic, or cardboard. The J-hook handle design wraps ergonomically around your hand and and keeps your fingers safe. The handle houses a zirconium oxide ceramic blade with a finger-friendly edge that is sharp for materials, but resistant to cutting skin. The rubberized slider button pushes the blade out to one of three positions, and retracts manually. The blade is non-conductive, non-magnetic, non-sparking, and chemically inert, so it will never rust. This knife has an ambidextrous design, so it is handy for left- or right-handed users, and the blade can be changed tool-free.Compatibility 10404 and 10408 blades
