One of the key components to the unique Chromoskedasic Sabattier process, this 32 oz bottle of Premium BW Chromo Stabilizer from Arista is designed for use with the BW Chromo Activator to produce a distinct colored, silvered, and solarized print quality. This creative process is akin to the traditional solarized/Sabattier technique, however, by using of the Chromo Activator and Stabilizer combination during the second exposure, the resulting print will take on deep red-browns, blues, yellows, oranges, greens, and even purple hues for more dramatic effects. This process is best suited for resin coated and fiber based black & white papers with high silver content, and it is also recommended to work with a vapor reduction mask during processing due to a strong, albeit non-toxic, ammonia odor.
