Benefitting the use of old, expired film and paper, this 100mL bottle of Restrainer Neutral from Moersch Photochemie is an anti-fogging agent that helps to produce cleaner results during development. When added in small dilution to developer solutions, it is possible to achieve cleaner, brighter whites when printing on older paper or to reduce the base fog on expired film.
