CITC

The CITC Little Blizzard Ultraviolet Fluid is made of extra dry Little Blizzard evaporative fluid. You can add colors like light blue, light pink, and bluish white to the falling snow when washing with UV (Ultraviolet) lights. White lighting changes this fluid back to white snow.
