Celestron

Designed specifically for the unique needs of computerized telescopes, the Celestron PowerTank Lithium LT Power Pack is built with a rechargeable lithium nickel manganese cobalt oxide [Li(NiMnCo)O2] battery that delivers a steady charge over long periods and requires less maintenance than traditional sealed lead-acid batteries. A built-in 12 volt regulated circuit provides your telescope with up to 8 hours of consistent power at the proper voltage for optimum performance, and to keep your other gear like phones, cameras, or handheld GPS units going while you're out observing there is a rapid-charge USB port. Ideally suited for off-the-grid applications, the housing is compact and lightweight so it won't take up a lot of space in your kit. The PowerTank comes with a 6.5-foot telescope power cord and an AC charger.Output Telescope Power:Standard 5mm power port is used to output power to telescope and to charge the internal battery6.5' (2m) long Celestron telescope power cable included12 VDC output at 3ARegulated output maintains consistent power throughout battery chargeUSB:Standard USB-A charging port for small electronics such as smartphones, tablets, GPS units5 VDC at 2.1ABattery 73.3 Wh capacityLithium nickel cobalt manganese [Li(NiCoMn)O2] chemistryCharge from 100-240V 50/60Hz AC house power using the included charging adapterIncludes a set of four international plug adapters for near-global useBattery charges in about 4 hoursIntegrated battery level indicator has four LEDs that illuminate when first powered on to display 100%/75%/50%/25% chargeAuto-off if no load is detected for 1 hourBroad -40 F to 140 F operating temperature to handle cold winter nightsReverse-polarity protection, charging/discharge protection, over-current protection, and short circuit protectionUse and Handling Integrated tripod leg mount and 2" (5.1cm) wide strap to attach battery pack to most tripod legsCompact at 7.5x4x2", it's easy to pack and carry to remote off-the-grid locationsLight 22.2-ounce weight won't be cumbersome when you need to carry all your gearCelestron Telescope Compatibility Advanced VXLCM seriesAstro FiCPC, CPC DXCG-5 (with CG-5 Aux. splitter)NexStar EvolutionCGENexStar GT (2015 models and newer with Aux. splitter)NexStar SE SeriesSkyProdigyCGEM IINexStar SLTCGEM, CGEM DX
