The Quick Release Plate for Nikon FTZ Adapter from Acratech has an anti-twist flange that runs the length of the plate to prevent the adapter from moving while attached to the plate. This plate allows you to mount the FTZ adapter on a tripod, which reduces the weight and stress on the camera's lens mount when using heavier lenses.
