A highly concentrated liquid developer for black & white photographic papers, this 1L bottle of SE4 Neutral Paper Developer from Moersch Photochemie is characterized by its ability to produce prints with a wide, well-defined tonal range, high Dmax, and exceptionally low base fog. The concentrate can be diluted 1:9 or 1:14, depending on desired results and development time, and the concentrate also has a notably long shelf life of 2-3 years when unopened.
