Peavey

Audio enthusiasts looking for a compact and lightweight subwoofer should check out the Peavey PVs 18, a vented, powered subwoofer system utilizing a 18" heavy-duty woofer, coupled to a DSP controlled power amplifier with 1000W peak available power. The high-density enclosure ensures energy from the driver is directed to the audience and not absorbed by the cabinet. The built-in crossovers and high-pass outputs allow the subwoofer to be used in almost any application with a wide variety of speakers. Peavey's proprietary Bass Enhancement feature allows the subwoofer to provide deep bass from a compact enclosure, often outperforming other similarly sized subwoofers. There are 1-3/8" M20 pole cups (top and side), which allows vertical and horizontal deployment. An adjustable speaker pole and power cord are included.None Vented bass powered subwoofer enclosure1000W peak available power18 heavy-duty wooferPower amp has forced air cooling for maximum reliabilityInternal line level low-pass/high-pass crossover networkDSP based crossover, compression, limiting, and EQBass Enhance button for increased bass impactXLR-1/4" combo jack inputTwo High-Pass XLR outputs + full-range Thru XLR outputPolarity Switch for polarity reversal of subwooferGround Lift for lifting cable shield from groundFull-coverage heavy-duty perforated steel grilleSteel handlesLarge heavy-duty locking casters with damped bearingsCompact dimensions for a 18 woofer based subThreaded pole mount with adjustable height speaker pole included
