Hawke Sport Optics

Designed with large objectives and a powerful magnification to make detailed observations at far distances, the Hawke Sport Optics green 12x50 Endurance ED Binoculars sport extra-low-dispersion glass, phase-corrected BAK4 prisms, and anti-reflection fully multi-coated optics to improve their overall performance and enhance their low-light capabilities. The combination of magnification, optical technologies, and over-sized objectives produce bright and clear high-contrast images with accurate color rendition and virtually no fringing. Whether hunting, birding, or watching sporting events, the Endurance ED binoculars will bring your subjects and the scene up close to provide an immersive observational experience. To help offset the weight of the large objectives, the Endurance ED binoculars are built with a lightweight polycarbonate chassis that is corrosion resistant to help it hold up to a lifetime of outdoor use. It is also temperature resistant, so the optical tubes won't expand and contract with temperature fluctuation, which, over time, can cause the optics to move out of collimation and prevent the binoculars from being able to achieve sharp focus. The optical tubes are wrapped with rubber armoring, which not only protects them from drops and impacts, but also gives the binoculars a slip-resistant grip - especially in cold and wet weather. The optical tubes are nitrogen filled and O-ring sealed to be waterproof and fogproof - especially in extreme weather conditions. To reduce user fatigue and keep them steady, a tripod adapter mount is located in the front of the hinge for setting them up on a support system. A right-eye diopter adjustment allows the binoculars to be customized to most people's needs, and the twist-up eyecups provide comfortable use with or without eyewear.Optical Performance 12x magnification50mm objective lensesCompact BAK4 roof prismsExtra low-dispersion (ED) glass corrects chromatic aberrations for true color representation and reduced fringingAnti-reflection fully multi-coated optics improve color rendition, contrast, and overall image brightnessPhase-corrected prism coatings reduce internal light dispersion, improve contrast and color fidelity246' field of view at 1000 yards56 apparent angle of viewUse and Handling Closed bridge configuration60-75mm interpupillary distance rangeLarge knurled fast-focus wheel moves from near to far focus in just 1.2 turnsRight-eye dioptric correctionTwist-up click-stop eyecups for use with or without eyewear4.2mm exit pupil13mm eye reliefConstruction Details Impact, corrosion, and temperature-resistant polycarbonate chassisNitrogen filled for waterproof and fogproof performanceGreen rubber armoring protects chassis from impacts and provides a slip-resistant gripTextured armoring and deep palm grooves add additional slip-resistance to the gripStay-on flip-down objective lens coversWeight: 28 ounces
