It supports writing to BD-R and BD-R DL media at speeds of up to 6x, while also supporting read speeds of up to 4x. It also supports a wide range of disc capacities, including Blu-ray media up to 100GB, plus single (4.7GB) and dual layer (8.4GB) DVD media.
