The Artist Elite Mat Cutter from Logan Graphics is a complete and cost-effective system for cutting mats. Complete with straight and bevel cutters, this unit has both depth and border adjustments. Rail stops and anti-crawl pins help control your cuts so precise mats can be achieved. The vinyl covered border is also divided into inch and metric scales. The mat guide aligns your border and holds your mat in position while the guide rail keeps your blade straight.
