Usually called a silk, the Diffuser for OCF Beauty Dish from Profoto has a "shower cap" design that allows it to easily slip over the front of the collapsible beauty dish, softening its output somewhat the way a softbox does. A bonus of this form factor is the natural-looking catchlights reflected in your subject's eyes.
