Celestron

Far simpler to use than a telescope, the Celestron 15x70 SkyMaster Pro ED Binoculars are made for astronomy and offer an easy way to explore the night sky. They excel at long-range terrestrial glassing as well. Extra-low dispersion lenses, multiple coats of antireflective XLT coating, and wide objective lenses combine to produce bright, high-contrast views with accurate color fidelity. Binoculars this powerful require a stable support, so the SkyMaster Pro ED can be mounted on a tripod with an optional adapter. Special eyepiece threads allow the use of 1.25" astronomical filters to improve your viewing experience.Optical Performance 15x magnification70mm objective lensesExtra-low dispersion lenses for edge-to-edge sharpness with no chromatic aberrationWidely spaced objective lenses of the BAK4 Porro prism optical design provide an enhanced 3-D viewProprietary XLT fully multicoated optics increase light transmission for bright high-contrast imagesUse and Handling 1.25" threads on eyepieces for astronomical filters 3 dioptric correction2.2 to 2.8" interpupillary adjustment rangeTwist-up eyecups for comfortable use with or without eyewearConstruction Details Lightweight chassis with rubber armor that protects against impacts and provides slip-resistant gripNitrogen filled to prevent internal foggingIPX7 waterproof performanceTripod adaptable, adapter sold separately
