Part of the Miniature Clip Mic (MCM) system, the Neumann MC 2 is a clip used to mount the SH 150 MCM gooseneck on the strings of a cello below the bridge. The gooseneck attaches to the clip via a holder that rotates along one or two axes and locks in 45 increments to prevent cable twists and allow for precise and reliable positioning of the microphone over the instrument. Easy to use, the MC 2 features a rubber coating that ensures reliable attachment without damaging the sensitive surfaces on the instrument.
