It does this by offloading, accelerating, and isolating software defined networking, security, and management functions with 16 P-Series ARM-Cores and 32GB of onboard DDR5 ECC memory. Supporting both Ethernet and InfiniBand protocols, each of the two QSFP112 ports can transfer data at up to 200 Gb/s. Hardware-accelerated encryption with an integrated BMC provides secure end-to-end connections. The BlueField-3 DPU installs into a single PCIe 5.0 x16 slot.
