The 1.25 liter Compard Neutol NE Black and White Print Developer from Rollei is a liquid concentrate, which develops and produces neutral tones in black and white photographs. Both fiber-based and resin-coated papers are compatible with the developer, and the developer can be used in trays, drums, and machine processors without replenishment. To make a working solution, you must mix 1:7 for normal dilution and 1:11 for finer grain development, but developing times become longer. This developer has a rapid response, high-speed yield, and anti-haze properties.
