This Top Plate from Wooden Camera is designed to mount onto the top of the Canon EOS C400 camera to add accessories and additional mounting options. The single plate is symmetrical and can flip upside down and install on either side of the camera top.There are multiple 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threads along the plate, and multiple 3/8"-16 threads on the front allow for front-mounted accessories, such as optional bolt-on rods and rod clamps. The separately available NATO side rail for the C400 can also be installed using the plate.NOTE: If the operator wants to use the tape hook while the top plate is installed, they must remove the film plane tape hook and install it on the top plate for proper installation.
