Barska

Updated for 2019, the Barska 8x21 Lucid View Compact Binoculars feature a redesigned housing that gives them a sleek and stylish design that is still comfortable to hold for viewing sporting events, backpacking, hiking, general nature viewing, and sightseeing. The new design features diamond-textured palm pads that provide positive traction for your hands to improve the armor's slip-resistance. Barska retained the performance aspects of previous versions including the BK7 roof prisms, anti-reflection fully coated optics, and a generous 383-foot field of view. To make them easier to pack and carry, the bridge is made with dual hinges that allow the optical tubes to fold and tuck under so the binoculars' profile is minimized to easily fit in most pockets, packs, or purses. This version of the Lucid View is offered here with a case and neck strap in clamshell packaging.Performance Ideal for outdoor activities like hiking and bird watching, viewing sporting events and concerts, or general nature watching or sightseeing8x power magnifies subjects for making detailed observationsBK7 roof prisms maintain a compact form factor for easier handlingAnti-reflection fully coated optics help to improve light transmission to keep views bright and clear and boost contrast and claritySpacious 383-foot field of view at 1000 yards allows users to see large areas without having to move their head very muchUse and Handling Closed-bridge configuration provides a stable platform for the internal focusing mechanismLow-profile center focusing wheel helps to maintain a compact form and minimizes snagging hazardRight-eye dioptric correction allows users to compensate for optical prescription for sharper viewsFold-down rubber eyecups for easy use with or without eyewear10.5mm eye relief2.6mm exit pupilConstruction Details Dual-hinge design allows the optical tubes to fold under the bridge when closed to minimize the form factor for easier storage and carryingMatte-black rubber armor protects against bumps and impactsDiamond-textured palm pads provide additional slip-resistance while adding an elegant and sleek lookLightweight design, weighs just over 7 ouncesIncludes case and neck strap
