The MXNet 1G Evolution II Weatherproof Decoder from AVPro Edge receives and decodes video and audio signals at resolutions up to DCI 4K60 4:4:4, along with control, power, and HDR metadata. This decoder features a sealed and tested IP68 weatherproof design with a Sealoc nano-coating. It supports HDMI 2.0, HDR10, HLG, and Dolby Vision up to 30 Hz and is designed for use with an MXNet switch or a multicast capable L3 switch and with Cat 6A cable or with SFP fiber for longer runs. It features a new AVPro Edge ASIC (application-specific integrated circuit) for enhanced video processing and support for audio formats like Dolby Atmos and DTS:X for IMAX Enhanced soundtracks.
