The head accepts rifles with both Arca-style and Picatinny clamps, and mounts on your tripod by means of an Arca-style foot or a 3/8"-16 threaded socket. The inverted ball head design makes it easy to pan and tilt ( 40 range) your rifle as necessary and secure it in place with the locking lever.
