Designed as an expansion board that fits over the I/O connectors of the RME HDSPe AoX-M 512-channel PCIe audio interface card, the AoX-MADI-EXT-SFP is an expansion board that replaces the HDSPe AoX's coaxial MADI ports with optical SFP ports.These optical ports can distribute up to 128 channels of MADI I/O at 48 kHz. Along with the two SFP optical MADI ports, this expansion board also provides a single BNC word clock jack for sync functionality.
