Designed to work with the ATM350a Cardioid Condenser Instrument Microphone, the AT8492PL is a magnetic mounting system, consisting of a magnetic piano mount and a 9" gooseneck for positioning the microphone. You can secure the mount to the piano's cast-iron frame, which enables the mounting system to remain magnetically attached. The base of the mount is felt-lined, designed to prevent damage to your instrument. The gooseneck utilizes a locking screw to keep it sturdily affixed to the mount's socket. With this system, you can position the ATM350a in the manner that best suits your situation.
