The Sonifex AVN-PD8D is a web-enabled mix engine that allows you to stream any of its 8 digital AES3 stereo inputs or 16 AoIP (Audio over Internet Protocol) digital input channels to any of its 8 digital AES3 outputs or 64 AoiP (Audio over Internet Protocol) streaming channels. The unit allows you to alter the signal gain at the input, the mix point, or the output and apply a high-pass filter to all inputs and outputs. This version includes a color metering display and features D-sub connectors for the AES3 digital inputs and outputs.The AVN-PD8D supports the RAVENNA and AES67 protocols, and AoIP input streams are discovered and output streams are advertised using Avahi/Bonjour and SAP, allowing the unit to support AES67-enabled Dante networks.
