The BASE70 Arca-Swiss Compatible 70mm Wide Quick Release Plate from 3 Legged Thing is a mounting plate with a 1/4"-20 stainless camera screw and a rubberized anti-twist surface. The plate has a channel that conveniently allows you to move the screw position according to your requirements.
