The Soundweb OMNI 16e I/O Expander with 16 Dante Channels, 4x4x4 Analog or Stereo Digital (AES3) offers the ability to onramp and offramp Analog or AES3 to and from IP audio networks with ease.The 16e converts these signals to Dante or AES67 for processing by Soundweb OMNI DSPs or transport to compatible devices. It features 4 audio input ports, 4 audio output ports, and 4 audio flex ports, which can all be configured to inputs or outputs depending on the users needs. Each can then be individually configured to support analog or stereo AES3 audio, enabling a large range of I/O functionality. Every port provides a studio quality 60 dB microphone preamp and utilizes a high-resolution DAC and ADC. The 16e provides 16x16 Dante/ 8x8x8 AES67 networked audio channels. Formulated for critical applications with enterprise-grade network security, primary and secondary Dante ports, redundant HControl ports, a full-color front-panel LCD with metering for at-a-glance monitoring, and 24 fully flexible GPIO ports, OMNI systems provide the ease of use, quality, and tech elevation that users expect from BSS and Soundweb. AVX Suite, the native set of applications, creates a streamlined workflow for all aspects of solution development, control, and support.
