Thumb levers enable you to pivot, extend, or adjust the height of each arm for a secure stance on steps, car seats, or steep or varied terrain.The versatile Cardellini Tri-Hat's arms and legs consist of 1 1/4" speed-rail, enabling you to swap out components with separately available rails to create custom rigs.
