The Rockland 4 x 5" Bulk Tintype Kit includes safe dry-plate tintypes used for a type of "instant" developing process popular in the early days of photography. The kit contains 40 4 x 5" satin black aluminum plates that can be used to make 40 individual 4 x 5" exposures. The plates can also be cut with scissors to fit your camera. The kit also comes with an 8 oz container of Liquid Light emulsion and a special three-part tintype chemistry that makes one gallon of developer. The fixer solution required to fix the image is sold separately.
