SOUSA Optics

The Sun Optics' 7x50 Porro Prism Binoculars utilizes a traditional Porro prism optical path with fully multi-coated optics to provide users with bright and clear high-contrast views with accurate color rendition and a rich depth of field, for a truly immersive experience. Its exceptionally long eye relief and wide exit pupil make for comfortable use during long observations, and ensures that the light exiting the oculars completely cover dilated pupils in low-light conditions so users can enjoy full views without vignettingComplementing the optical performance is a lightweight and durable aluminum alloy chassis that is wrapped in a protective slip-resistant armor. Raised palm-pads improve grip comfort and grip security. Each optical tube is nitrogen-filled and O-ring sealed to be waterproof and resistant to internal fogging when moving through extreme temperatures and environmental conditions.Optical Performance 7x magnification50mm objective lensesTraditional Porro prism optical path provides a rich depth of fieldFully multi-coated optics maximize light transmission for improved color rendition, clarity, and contrast357' field of view at 1000 yardsUse and Handling Large textured and rubberized center focusing wheel is easy to manipulate, even when wearing gloves 2 right-eye dioptric correctionFold-down rubber eyecups for comfortable use with or without eyewearWide 7.1mm exit pupil completely covers fully-dilated pupils in low-light to avoid vignetting of the viewLong 24.3mm eye reliefConstruction Details Lightweight and durable aluminum alloy chassisProtective slip-resistant rubber armor, with glare-reducing matte finishRaised palm-pads improves grip comfort and securityNitrogen-filled and O-ring sealed to be waterproof, and resistant to internal fogging when moving through extreme temperature changes or environmental conditionsWeight: 32 ounces
