Ideal for fast glassing to make observations or identification at medium distances, thanks to their smaller objectives and compact form-factor, the Sun Optics 8x25 WP Roof Prism Binoculars utilize BAK4 roof prisms and fully multi-coated optics to produce bright and clear high-contrast images with accurate color and improved clarity. Their moderate magnification provides a generous 357-foot field of view at 1000 yards to give a closer look at their subjects while still being able to quickly acquire multiple targets and track moving subjects easily.Complementing the optical performance is a lightweight and durable aluminum-alloy chassis that is wrapped in a protective rubber armor. The armoring has a matte finish to reduce glare and helps to provide a slip-resistant grip - especially in cold and wet conditions. Each optical tube is nitrogen-filled and O-ring sealed to be waterproof and resistant to internal fogging when moving through extreme temperature changes or environmental conditions.Optical Performance 8x magnification25mm objective lensesCompact BAK4 roof prismsFully multi-coated optics maximize light transmission for improved color rendition, clarity, and contrast357' field of view at 1000 yardsUse and Handling Closed-bridge configurationLarge textured and rubberized center focusing wheel is easy to manipulate, even when wearing gloves 2 right-eye dioptric correctionTwist-up rubber eyecups for comfortable use with or without eyewearLong 18.3mm eye relief3.1mm exit pupilConstruction Details Lightweight and durable aluminum alloy chassisProtective slip-resistant rubber armor, with glare-reducing matte finishRaised palm-pads enhances grip security and comfortNitrogen-filled and O-ring sealed to be waterproof and resistant to internal fogging when moving through extreme temperature changes or environmental conditionsWeight: 12 ounces
