Level up your sound-reinforcement setup with the Yamaha CHR12M, a compact, passive, two-way coaxial floor monitor / loudspeaker that's well suited for clubs, bars, and other live sound applications.The speaker can handle up to 1000W to drive the 12" woofer and 1.75 PET compression driver, which are arranged in a coaxial configuration to deliver precise and smooth phase- and frequency-response characteristics, ideal for use in monitoring applications. The monitor offers a frequency range of 61 Hz to 20 kHz and has a 90x90 (HxV) coverage angle. With a maximum SPL output of 123 dB, this floor monitor can easily cut through other stage volumes. When used as a main PA, a pair of CHR12M units can provide plenty of volume to cover an audience of 300 patrons.Custom-Designed Transducers The high-power output woofer delivers powerful and well-defined bass with minimal distortion while the 1.75" coaxial compression driver produces phase-accurate midrange and high frequencies.Rugged and Highly Portable Like Yamaha's acclaimed DZR loudspeakers, the CHR series features plywood enclosures to deliver outstanding durability and acoustic performance.Intelligent Dynamic Control for Consistent Clarity at Any Output Level When used in combination with Yamaha PX Series amplifiers or other compatible signal processors, CHR Series loudspeakers can take full advantage of dedicated speaker processor tuning settings. Additionally, the DHR/CHR Series can also be used to construct a system in combination with Yamaha subwoofers.
