Description
The Matrox ConvertIP SRH is a compact, standalone device designed to encode and decode ST 2110 and IPMX signals within 1G AV workflows. Equipped with a single RJ45 LAN port, it offers versatile 1G and 2.5G Ethernet support and ultralow-latency performance, making it ideal for professional audio-visual environments. The device supports PoE+ (Power over Ethernet) and an optional locking AC power supply, ensuring power redundancy. Its fanless design delivers silent operation, and its compact body allows it to be mounted discreetly behind monitors, making it a practical solution for space-constrained installations. With HDMI input and output capabilities, the ConvertIP SRH supports most desktop resolutions up to 4K60 and can process up to eight audio channels embedded in the HDMI signal. Advanced features include high-quality video compression with the ProAV Colibri codec, color space conversion, and deinterlacing for optimized video and audio output. Users can manage the device through an intuitive web-based user interface or the complimentary ConvertIP manager application. Supporting HDCP 1.4 and 2.2, along with standardized AMWA NMOS IS-04 and IS-05 protocols, the ConvertIP SRH provides adaptable encoding and decoding in IP-based AV workflows.Video and Audio Capabilities Video resolution up to 4096 x 2160p60HDCP 1.4 and 2.2 supportHigh-quality 10-bit video scaling and deinterlacingDefault compressed bit rates of 200 Mb/s for HD and 820 Mb/s for 4K contentLatency less than 1/4 frame (ProAV Colibri codec (default) and optional JPEG-XS codec upgradeColor spaces include YCbCr 4:2:0 10- and 8-bit, YCbCr 4:2:2 10-bit, and RGB 4:4:4 8-bitUp to eight channels of embedded audio in HDMI signalConnectivity One HDMI inputOne HDMI outputOne RJ45 LAN port with PoE+ (1G and 2.5G support)IP addressing: IPv4, IPv6, DHCP (default), and static IPControl and Management Web-based command center for managementIncluded ConvertIP manager application for commissioning and deploymentHTTPS over TCP for command and controlNMOS IS-04 and IS-05 discovery and registration
