The CineMilled Upper Tilt Arms Extension Stage 2 is a modular 2" tall stage pair of extensions that requires the separately available Stage 1 to extend the DJI Ronin 2 cage. Both stages can be connected to achieve the full 4" maximum extension. Tilt extensions allow much taller cameras to be secured in the Ronin 2 camera cage such as ARRI ALEXA, Panasonic VariCam XT, and many other ENG-type broadcast cameras. Securing the camera from the upper dovetail is vital to achieving full Ronin 2 performance. You will be able to use higher stiffness numbers as a result, and it may also allow you to use the R2 camera baseplate and rod holder. The two stages are designed to be centered via locating pins that ensure a perfect fit. All hardware is included for installation, which is simple and takes just one minute.
