Since the two mic signals are married together, you can tweak the level, EQ, or compression of the combined signals in postproduction.Splits Two Signals When you select stereo mode, the CMCS-1 splits the two signals and outputs them to separate channels. This is ideal if you want the flexibility to alter the volume, EQ, compression, and panning on each individual track in postproduction. It's also a great option if you want to record a stereo soundscape.Camera Mountable The CMCS-1 attaches directly to your camera's hot/cold shoe. Weighing less than two ounces, the CMCS-1 is featherlight.
