The Flat Mount Adapter from Kessler Crane is an adapter disc with a 3/8"-16 stud on each side. It can be used to attach 2 items that both have 3/8"-16 threaded female holes such as mounting a flat mount style video pan and tilt head to the cart of a Kessler slider.
