Designed as a storage expansion device for Windows, Mac, or Linux computers, the D8 Hybrid 8-Bay USB 3.2 Gen 2 RAID Enclosure from TerraMaster features four 3.5/2.5" SATA drive bays that can accommodate HDDs and SSDs, plus four M.2 2280 NVMe slots for SSDs. Users will be able to tailor their storage setup to optimize efficiency and store frequently used "hot" data on the SSDs, while cold data that is accessed less frequently is kept on the HDDs.Installed drives can be configured for RAID 0 and 1 via a hardware controller, plus JBOD, and Single, depending on your performance and security preferences.
