DIYSUNFILTER/SHADE

Explore Scientific

This Solar Filter and Sun Shade are for use exclusively with the Explore Scientific Galileoscope Refractor Telescope STEM Kit. They are not compatible with any other telescope or optic. Children should only use the filter and shade under adult supervision. Easily fold the Solar Filter into shape, insert it in the objective lens end of the Galileoscope, and tape it into place. The Sun Shade allows you to point the scope toward the sun without looking at it; just slip it on over the eyepiece end and align shadows of the scope's sights on the shade.
