On one side, the plate features a standard shoe mount receiver and an F22 quick release mount to add multiple accessories such as a light, extension arm, or microphone. On the other side, there is a 3-position F22 quick release mount and two 1/4"-20 anti-twist threads for mounting onto your cage, top handle, side handle, or camera rig.
