The Sony F-780 is a handheld cardioid microphone designed for enhanced reproduction of vocals and speech in concert venues, lectures, houses of worship, and presentations. Its dynamic element utilizes a high-output alnico magnet and delivers a frequency response of 50 Hz to 18 kHz. The cardioid polar pattern rejects sound behind the mic, yielding enhanced immunity to feedback and decreased pickup of room ambience.p/Its sturdy construction reduces handling noise and promotes durability for touring gigs. The XLR 3-pin output ensures compatibility with most microphone preamps and mixer inputs.
