Designed to sit around a directional stage microphone, the ClearSonic FLECTOR12GN is a circular polycarbinate baffle that reflects sound back at the performer, so she or he can hear her-/himself better. By the same token, the disk also diffuses direct sound for whoever is on the other side of the mic, making loud brass instruments slightly more tolerable for audience members in the direct line of fire.Use the FLECTOR12GN for either of the purposes listed above, or to ameliorate onstage feedback in acoustic performances that require microphones. The disk measures 11.6" in diameter. For vocals, it works best when paired with the company's GN6 gooseneck, available separately.
