Monitor your audio with transparency, definition, dynamics, and precision with the Focal TRIO6, a powered 3-way professional near-field monitor that leverages the company's famous 1" inverted Beryllium dome tweeter, a dual bass-reflex, ported 5" composite sandwich cone woofer in an isolated chamber, and a ported 8" composite sandwich cone subwoofer. The TRIO6 features FOCUS mode, a selectable 3-way, 2-way, or full-range configuration. Simply activate FOCUS mode with a standard 1/4" foot pedal and take advantage of three different monitoring tonalities, which is highly useful for when you want to focus your attention on the mid and high frequencies of your mix. The TRIO6's FOCUS mode is like having three monitors in one.To allow both vertical and horizontal orientations of the speaker box, the tweeter and woofer are mounted in a rotating baffle, which is capable of rotating 360 in 90 increments. Using 250W of total power through a combination of one Class-A/B (tweeter) and two Class-G amplifiers (midrange and woofer), the monitors can deliver a frequency response of 35 Hz to 40 kHz (in three-way mode) at up to 115 dB peak output with low, high, and 160 Hz notch filter adjustment controls.None Beryllium inverted dome tweeter: very low directionality, excellent linearity and dynamicsOptimized baffle tweeter: excellent dispersion controlW composite sandwich cone: sound neutrality, no distortionDual Focus Mode: three monitors in oneThree-way monitor (35 Hz to 40 kHz)Two-way monitor (midrange woofer and tweeter alone, 80 Hz to 40 kHz)Full-range one-way monitor (midrange woofer alone, 100 Hz to 15 kHz)Large laminar port: no port noises or distortionAuto stand-by mode disengageableSettings: LF shelving (250 Hz), HF shelving (4.5 kHz), LMF (160 Hz)
