Expand your EnGenius FreeStyl SIP cordless phone system by adding this FreeStyl SIP Handset. By combining propriety technology with the Session Initiation Protocol (SIP), this phone system delivers high voice clarity in areas with unreliable cellular signals.In addition to its calling features, this handset features 2-way intercom and one-way broadcast functionality. A separately purchased headset may be connected to the 2.5mm jack. The FreeStyl SIP system supports a wireless range of up to 10 acres in open areas like farms and 100,000 square feet in retail store or warehouse environments. Hotels and offices can enjoy up to 25,000 square feet of coverage, penetrating about six floors. By utilizing the 900 MHz band, the FreeStyl SIP avoids interfering with your Wi-Fi connections. The system can handle up to four concurrent calls, and supports up to 10 handsets and SIP accounts. A charging cradle is included.Extreme Long-Range Performance FreeStyl SIP implements EnGenius's proprietary air protocol, with high RF transmission and sensitivity, providing superior range and coverage for large areas with minimal infrastructure requirements.Independent 2-Way Intercom The FreeStyl SIP's built-in broadcast function allows one-way, Push-to-Talk communication, independent of phone base unit. Broadcast a message to all handsets or a just a select group of handsets. The handset's broadcast will function outside the range of the base unit or if the phone base's power is down.Minimal Infrastructure By using long-range 900 MHz technologies, the FreeStyl SIP require significantly less infrastructure than Wi-Fi or DECT phone systems.
