The Spiral All-Weather Garden Planner Notebook from Rite in the Rain features their all-weather wood-based pages. When out planting in the garden, you can easily jot down notes, plant details, and observations without worrying about rain, humidity, or dirt. Each of the white 32 lb unperforated page measures 4.625 x 7" and has a dot grid pattern in dark gray ink. There are 64 pages (32 sheets), a title page, and a reference page with information on plant care, growing seasons, insects, and fertilizer/soil pH levels. All pages are secured by a Wire-O spiral binding with a rounded-corner Polydura cover.All-Weather Wood-Based Paper Wood-based Rite in the Rain paper offers unique properties ideal for anyone who needs to write down information outdoors in any type of weather. The all-weather pages are resistant to water, oil, grease, and dirt. As they are not made from plastic, they will not stretch, dent, or melt in extreme heat. That also means they act more like regular paper in that each page can be recycled, folded, torn, and burned. How to Write on Rite in the Rain As Rite in the Rain's paper is all-weather and wood-based, it has specific requirements when it comes to the writing instruments you can use. If the pages are wet or dry, you can write with a standard pencil or an all-weather pressurized pen. If the paper is dry, you can additionally use permanent markers and standard ballpoint pens. Gel pens, highlighters, and fountain pens are not compatible as they use water-based ink that will bead and wash off the page.
