With an IP66 rated weatherproof housing, the Grandstream GWN7630LR Long-Range Access Point may be installed in indoor or outdoor environments to expand your network with up to 984' of coverage. Supporting Wi-Fi 5 (802.11ac) Wave-2 standards, this wall and pole mountable access point can transfer up to 2333 Mb/s over the 2.4 and 5 GHz bands with over 250 concurrent clients. Connect either of the two auto-sensing Gigabit Ethernet ports to a PoE compatible switch to transfer data and power over a single cable. The second port may be used to link security cameras, computers, or other devices.Flexible Design Four detachable omnidirectional antennas allow you to configure the access point to fit your needs and space. The GWN7630LR may be mounted vertically on a wall or pole.Security Your network is protected with WPA/WPA2 Enterprise encryption. This access point also includes anti-hacking secure boot and critical data/control lockdown via digital signatures, which uses unique security certificates and random default passwords per device.
