Featuring tri-focus optics technology, the ISC-PPR1-W16 Professional Series PIR Motion Detector from Bosch uses optics with three focal lengths for long-, medium-, and short-range coverage. Its 90 field of view covers up to an 50 x 70' area, or a narrower 25 x 33' area. Sensor Data Fusion technology analyzes signals from four sensors, including two pyroelectric sensors, a room temperature sensor, and a white light level sensor to provide accurate detection. The detector adjusts its sensitivity to compensate for weather, ensuring accurate operation in varying weather conditions, and features self-adjusting LED brightness to automatically adjust to the surrounding light level. There is a blue LED that indicates an alarm condition and activates during a remote walk test. The detector is immune to draft, insect, and small animals under 10 lb, helping to reduce false alarms.
