Use this SDI Isolator Cable from ARRI to avoid damage to SDI outputs on cameras when using a 3G monitor. Onboard monitors can damage the SDI outputs of cameras when broken SDI cables are being used. This cable features male BNC connectors on each end. To avoid potential damage, ARRI strongly suggests that you connect all video and power cables to the monitor before you connect a battery or power to the camera (or monitor). In addition, they highly recommend checking the SDI cables on a regular basis and to replace damaged cables immediately.
