Completely designed and manufactured in Germany, the LINEAR series 12" HK Audio L7 112 FA is a professional, 2000W powered speaker with state-of-the-art, Ethernet-controlled DSP technology for professional bands, DJs, and PA providers. This flexible workhorse speaker can be set up in a variety of configurations for use in main PA applications. A pair of L7 112 FA speakers are well equipped to cover an audience of up to 400. Operating at 96 kHz, the speaker utilizes a precision audio network to control the DSP of every LINEAR 7 cabinet from one central FOH position. The integrated DSP functions contain a 10-band, fully parametric EQ with variable filter characteristics, high- and low-pass filters, polarity, level, delay, limiter, and mute. The rear panel offers two EtherCON data ports (input and thru), which integrates the speaker into a network for remote control functions and audio streaming (MILAN). Additional I/O includes one line-level combo XLR-1/4" input with a gain control, one analog XLR thru, and a digital XLR DSP output, which serves as a network interface for integrating an added powered speaker that is not equipped with Ethernet ports. The highly efficient 2000W Class-D amplifier powers the 12" woofer and 1" high-frequency driver to provide full-range audio (55 Hz to 20 kHz) with a sound pressure level powerful enough to ensure the entire audience can hear your performance. The constant directivity horn offers a 70 x 50 (HxV) coverage pattern and is rotatable, making it even more flexible in keeping the audio off the ceiling and walls and on the audience. The CNC-milled enclosure features a 35mm dual-tilt pole cup (-3 & -7 ) which helps with better coverage, while maintaining its center of gravity when using a speaker stand. Additionally, the enclosure features an angled side panel that allows two speakers to easily cluster together for +3 dB output and wider coverage without interference, resulting in a clear and present sound.
