Double your bass, while attenuating stage volume with the white, dual 8" LD Systems MAUI 11 G3 SUB, a 1460W (peak) powered subwoofer that is designed as a subwoofer extension to the MAUI 11 G3 column array system. The subwoofer can also be used as a standalone subwoofer for portable and install applications. To have a quieter and controlled low-end on the back while still keeping the punch on the front, position the SUB next to your MAUI 11 G3 facing the rear direction and switch on the Cardioid preset. Low-frequencies on the back of the system will be dampened by as much as 15 dB, helping prevent excessive stage volume and dreaded feedback. Setting up the SUB with your MAUI 11 G3 is straight forward and fast. Thanks to its automatic setup detection system, the SUB immediately switches to Follower mode as long as no column is attached. A power cord is included.Main Features Powered dual 8" subwoofer with flow-optimized bass-reflex ports2 x 8" custom-designed woofers with deep bass down to 39 HzPreset for cardioid subwoofer configurationDynX DSP (Gen.2) technology for distortion-free sound at maximum volumeAutomatic setup detection (Main/Follower)Rugged subwoofer housing made out of polyurea-coated birch plywoodShockproof front grille for ultimate speaker protectionTwo ergonomic handles for easy handlingProtection Circuits DSP-based multiband limiter, overvoltage, overcurrent, and short circuit
